September 28 Dinner

Dinner will be held at The Left Bank Brasserie, located at 635 Santa Cruz Avenue, Menlo Park. Dinner will begin at 6:00 pm and continue until 8:30.

September 29 Conference

The conference will be held at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR), 366 Galvez Street, Stanford. Breakfast will be available from 7:45 am; the conference begins at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm, with a cocktail reception from 5:00 – 6:00 pm.

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE SHERATON

Walking (25 mins): The Sheraton is located within walking distance from Stanford. If you choose to walk, from the hotel cross over the El Camino overpass onto Palm Drive; take a left on Campus Drive; take a right on Galvez; pass the Arrillaga Alumni Center (on the right), and 366 Galvez (the SIEPR/Gunn) building is the next building on your right.

Taking the Bus (5 mins, plus 5 min walk): You can also take the Marguerite free Stanford shuttle, which departs from the train station adjacent to the Sheraton. Please make sure to take the Y line and disembark at the first stop on Campus Drive (across from the Visitor Center, at Koret Plaza) and then walk several steps back to Galvez, take a left on Galvez, and walk a block to SIEPR.

For non-Stanford folks driving in, there are several pre-paid spaces reserved on Galvez Street located near the corner of Galvez Street and Campus Drive. Attached please find a map showing where parking is relative to the Gunn SIEPR Building.

In order to park there and not get a ticket, you will need to register your car PRIOR TO ARRIVING ON CAMPUS using this link. Once you’ve parked, walk up campus on Galvez for one block. The Gunn SIEPR building is the first building on the right after the Arrillaga Alumni Center.
